Shipping & Return Policy of PS hereinafter referred to as “PS”
Pen-drives, Tablets, CDs/DVDs, SD Cards & Material for the course sold will be referred to as “PS Products”.

Shipping Policy

Home Delivery Option - 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and activation* will be within 24 hours of delivery.

Centre copy (Pickup at centre) Option – Immediate delivery and activation*. (* - subject to availability of content & serial keys)

Return Policy

In order to return any PS Products sold through the PS website, you are requested to comply with the following conditions

  • Please intimate PS of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you.

  • If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, PS shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order or refund the funds.
  • You will be requested to dispatch the product in original packing along with original invoice, tags, labels, user manual, warranty cards using a reputed courier in your respective area within 24 hours from of such notice to PS as specified in point (a).
  • It is advised that the return PS products should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage during transit.
  • The returned PS Products are subject to verification and checks by PS team, to ensure the product is unused and misused or malfunctioned.

Please be note that PS cannot accept return of the product sold through PS website in following circumstances:

  • Damages due to misuse of PS Products
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of PS Products

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.

Note: PS holds the all the rights whether to refund the order in all the above cases / claims or replace the PS Products with the new product.
